My approach to coaching is based on 5 key areas of life. With my clients I focus on 5 core pillars we can apply the 3 powerful practices of habit forming, goal setting and time management to curate the lives we envision.

It starts with understanding & believing in yourself, putting yourself in situations where you might ‘fail’ (better known as learning lessons) & being able to listen mindfully to your own inner voice.

Once you can mindfully listen to your own voice, your true purpose and passions in life can be revealed, allowing you to make a plan of action and begin your journey.

We all wish money didn’t matter but that’s a pipe dream. Managing your money soundly is essential for a fulfilled life. Mindfully creating healthy life habits can help your bank account grow over the course of your life.

As an adult relationships require a lot more (or maybe just different) work than they did in college or high school. You will have to make choices, establish boundaries, and get clear on what you value in relationships.
