Investigate Your habits!
Step One: Grab your journal & pen
Step Two: Write down Two Habits you currently have that you find helpful overall
i.e. I eat green veggies 5 days a week & I put a percentage of each paycheck into my savings account
Step Three: Write down Two Habits you currently have that you could eliminate, reduce, or replace
Scrolling my phone before getting out of bed in the morning & buying lunch every day
Step Four: Write down two habits you would like to add to enhance your quality of daily life
Setting a timer to stop looking at screens an hour before bed & saying hello to one random stranger every day
Chances are that all of the habits you have noted impact your Pillars of the Fulfillment Flow
Now is a great time to start observing what you are doing and how Your Actions are influencing the quality of Your life
DO NOT JUDGE YOURSELF ON ANY OF THESE HABITS!
